The Departed movie review

Just got done watching The Departed on DVD. A classic good cop, bad cop movie. It was an entertaining movie with a bunch of twist and turns. A very star studded cast with Jack Nicholson, Mark Wahlberg, Leonardo DiCaprio and Matt Damon just to name a few. Nicholson and DiCaprio did an excellent job, while Damon just played his typical guy from Boston role. Wahlberg wasn't very impressive as well. I rate the story line a 3.5 out of 5 and the acting the same as well. The ending is not very predictable which was nice, while the middle of the film was your typical cat and mouse game. It does have plenty of graphic viloience and foul language, but overall I highly suggest you rent or buy this DVD.

Motley Crue Tour Will Launch In West Palm Beach

Motley Crue lead singer Vince Neil announced last night during his performance in West Palm Beach, Florida at the free weekly Clematis By Night party that Motley Crue will kick off its upcoming tour at the Cruzan Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach.

Moetley Crue Bass player Nikki Sixx has also told Rolling Stone magazine that the band's upcoming ninth album, "The Dirt", "has the vibe of "Dr. Feelgood', "Girls Girls Girls" and "Shout at the Devil".

well I sure hope I don't die tomorrow or anytime soon, as I can't wait for this tour. It is good to see some of the glitter come back in the hard rock world. It has been a few years since I have seen them live as they are sure to put on one of the greatest tours of this year.

What happened to Ace Frehley?

The question everyone is wanting to know as of late, is, what happened to Ace Frehley? Well I am happy to report that the former lead guitarist of KISS is once again traveling down the sober path and is expected to release a new record very soon. This will be his first solo album since 1990 and it stands to be a great one. Paige Davis Back on Trading Spaces!

There’s nothing like having a former boss call you up with an offer to take your old job back. So when Paige Davis, former host of TLC Trading Spaces, got the call to return as the show’s enigmatic host, she had to make them sweat it out, just a little.

This will not make my wife happy. She hates her. I think she was fun and perky with a nice rack.

Falcons name Jags' coordinator Smith new head coach

This move really does not make a ton of sense. Smith is not considered a leader by NFL players who have played for him. Two years and out if you ask me.

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. – The Atlanta Falcons today announced that Mike Smith has been named the team’s new Head Coach.

Smith, a 26-year coaching veteran, becomes the 14th head coach in Atlanta Falcons history and takes over the Falcons after serving as the successful Defensive Coordinator of the Jacksonville Jaguars for the past five seasons (2003-2007).
